Easy Return & Exchange Policy


To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:


1. Repackage the item in its original packaging.

2. Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

3. Return the package to us within *15 business days* of delivery.


Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in good condition, we'll process your exchange or refund promptly.

- If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Refunds will include the item’s purchase price but exclude shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
